Satopia Group Limited ("Satopia Group") is the controller of personal data collected through satopiagroup.com and its deal rooms. Company details are on the Terms page. Enquiries may be sent to connect@satopiagroup.com.

• Details sent to the Group by email or through the forms on this site, such as name, email address, organisation, country of residence, message and, for careers, a CV.
• Technical data a browser sends, such as IP address, device type and pages viewed, through essential cookies and, with consent, analytics cookies.
• For invited investors only: email address, one-time access codes and a record of each visit to a private deal room.

To reply to enquiries, to run and secure the site, to understand how the site is used (with consent), to manage invited access to deal rooms, and to meet legal obligations. The legal bases are legitimate interests, consent and legal obligation.

Personal data is shared only with providers who host and support the site and email, under contract; with the company behind a specific venture, where an enquiry concerns that venture; for a deal room, with the company issuing that round; and with advisers or authorities where the law requires. Satopia Group never sells personal data.

Some providers are based outside the Bailiwick of Guernsey. Any transfer is made with appropriate safeguards.

Personal data is kept only as long as its purpose requires, then deleted. CVs are deleted once the enquiry they were sent for is concluded. Deal room records are kept for six years after the round closes.

Satopia Group uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.

Under the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017 and, where it applies, the GDPR, anyone may ask to access, correct or erase their data, restrict or object to its use, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. Write to connect@satopiagroup.com. Complaints may go to the Office of the Data Protection Authority in Guernsey (odpa.gg) or the data protection authority where the person lives.
